2. SERVICEABILITY:
If any provision of this Agreement is found, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this Agreement will remain in force.
3. CANCELLATION/REFUND TERMS:
Products of DV opted for purchase through website Payment gateways mode can be cancelled within 2 days from the date of purchase. The buyer needs to inform DV via an email request and providing valid reason for cancellation. DV team will understand and analyze the valid reason provided for cancellation and accordingly process the request within 30 working days. Applicable charges will be deducted, in case of cancellation for payment made through Payment Gateway option. Any Cancellation/Chargeback request post completion of free look period of 2 days will not considered. DV hold the rights to hold back cancellation request.
4. COPYRIGHT:

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India in relation to any dispute relating to this Agreement.
6. GENERAL:
DV reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the site or any materials in any respect. DV shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.
